Can I hire in food vans, pizza trucks, bar staff, caterers, jumping castles and other amusements ? Yes. Food Vans, Pizza trucks, other food vendors, jumping castles and other amusements are fine. Each pavilion has plenty of power & space to accomodate these. All commercial vendors for your event require public liability insurance of $20,000,000. |

Do I need to hire bins? Can't I take the rubbish away? No. Bins hire is compulsory for Private events. Unfortunately we have had some hirers who have left the BEP in bad shape. |

Can we hire in a marquee? Yes. Most local hire companies have installed their marquees at both our pavilions. Arrange for them to pack it up & collect on Monday at no extra cost to save you money. |

Can we use the fire-pit at the Southern Pavilion? Yes. As long as there is not a total fire ban use of the fire pit is permitted. You need to bring your own firewood. |

What does it cost to hire the venue? Use our Fee Estimator to obtain a fee estimate for a private function booking at Camden BEP. This estimate is not a formal quotation. A formal quotation can be provided when you make your booking inquiry. |

Why do I need security guards for my booking? Security guards will make sure you event is safe for everyone. Experience has taught us that High Risk events are much more successful when formal security is in place. We're protecting you and our venue. |

Is there a minimum age to make a booking? Yes. The hirer must be an adult (18+) at the time of making the booking. This person is legally responsible for the hire and for making sure the event is held safely & lawfully. |

Why do we have to pay a bond? A bond is a small insurance premium to motivate a hirer to look after the venue. If the venue is left clean with no damage evident the bond will be returned. If the BEP has to undertake cleaning or to repair any damage the cost of these will be extracted from the Bond and the balance returned. |

Is there a curfew for the venue or can we party all night? Amplified music must cease by 11pm and the venue vacated by all patrons by midnight. |

We only want to hire the venue for a few hours. Is there a cheaper rate than the 24 hour hire? No. When you hire it's yours for the 24 hours even if your event is only a few hours. We only accept 1 booking per venue per day so you get the venue for the 24 hour period.
