Yes. Food Vans, Pizza trucks, other food vendors, jumping castles and other amusements are fine. Each pavilion has plenty of power & space to accomodate these. All commercial vendors for your event require public liability insurance of $20,000,000.
No. Bins hire is compulsory for Private events. Unfortunately we have had some hirers who have left the BEP in bad shape.
Yes. Most local hire companies have installed their marquees at both our pavilions. Arrange for them to pack it up & collect on Monday at no extra cost to save you money.
Yes. As long as there is not a total fire ban use of the fire pit is permitted. You need to bring your own firewood.

Security guards will make sure you event is safe for everyone. Experience has taught us that High Risk events are much more successful when formal security is in place. We're protecting you and our venue.
Yes. The hirer must be an adult (18+) at the time of making the booking. This person is legally responsible for the hire and for making sure the event is held safely & lawfully.
A bond is a small insurance premium to motivate a hirer to look after the venue. If the venue is left clean with no damage evident the bond will be returned. If the BEP has to undertake cleaning or to repair any damage the cost of these will be extracted from the Bond and the balance returned.
Amplified music must cease by 11pm and the venue vacated by all patrons by midnight.
No. When you hire it's yours for the 24 hours even if your event is only a few hours. We only accept 1 booking per venue per day so you get the venue for the 24 hour period.
