Located on Sheathers Lane at the southern end of the BEP the Southern Pavilion is an ideal location for private functions. <brochure>

Hire Fees (Private Functions only)

• Pavilion Hire per day $622.65 (24 hr period)
• Extra pavilion Set-up/Pack-up days $72.50 (per day)
• Refundable security bonds are also payable ($565.95 - $1,350 depending on event)
• Some events also require security guards to be hired.
